The Borosil MHPS550P Premier is a high-performance magnetic stirrer with heating, engineered for demanding laboratory applications that require large-volume stirring and precision temperature control. With a capacity of up to 20 liters and speeds ranging from 200 to 2200 rpm, it is ideal for research labs, pilot-scale mixing, and chemical processing tasks.

This unit features a nano-crystalline ceramic glass-top that provides superior resistance to thermal shock and corrosive liquids, ensuring long-term durability and chemical compatibility. The elevated plate design adds an extra layer of protection by preventing damage from spillages.

Temperature control is both fast and flexible, supporting rapid, gradual, or highly accurate heating based on user needs. The system is microprocessor-controlled, allowing the user to define custom temperature and time programs, with a timer range up to 999 minutes or continuous operation.

The slip detection mechanism ensures stir bar recovery if the magnetic connection is lost, improving operational safety and workflow efficiency. A PT1000 external probe ensures precise temperature feedback, and the digital display simultaneously shows set temperature, actual temperature, RPM, and timer. A pulse mode and hot warning indicator (above 50 °C) further enhance safety.
