The Borosil OMC and OMS series oil baths are designed for high-temperature heating applications such as incubation, thawing, sample digestion, and controlled thermal processes in laboratory settings. Made with high-grade SS 304 stainless steel, these oil baths combine rugged durability with reliable, uniform performance.
The OMC series offers constant temperature heating, perfect for tasks where circulation isn’t necessary. The OMS series, on the other hand, features overhead stirring for enhanced uniformity using PTFE stir bars. Both series support temperatures up to 240 °C, making them suitable for a wide variety of scientific and industrial needs.
Each unit is equipped with external PT-100 sensors for precise temperature feedback and MICA heating elements for efficient heat transfer. A 4-digit 7-segment LED display provides a clear visual interface for temperature setting and monitoring.
Built-in safety features include a safety thermostat to prevent overheating and a cutoff circuit that automatically shuts down the system in case of malfunction, ensuring user and equipment safety.
All models are supplied with stainless steel lids with concentric ring cutouts, allowing secure placement of various flask sizes. Choose between OMC models for standard use or OMS models when stirred uniformity is required.
