Quartz Distillation Unit (Manual) – Borosil – Mono Quartz Series

The Borosil Mono Quartz Series consists of compact, vertical manual distillation units engineered for the reliable production of single-stage distilled water. Designed using pure quartz silica for heaters and boilers, and either borosilicate or quartz condensers, these units are ideal for analytical laboratories where water free from metallic ions, pyrogens, and bacteria is essential.

Offering distillate outputs ranging from 2.5 to 10 LPH, these units ensure consistent performance while maintaining a minimal footprint. Their design supports quick and continuous operation, making them suitable for labs with varying throughput requirements. These systems provide pyrogen-free water with a conductivity of < 3 × 10⁻⁶ S/cm, meeting high-purity water standards.

The units can also be upgraded with DAPS (Dry-run Automatic Protection System)—an optional safety accessory that prevents heater damage in low water conditions by cutting off power and resuming operation via a reset button. Available in multiple models, users can choose based on desired flow rate, voltage, and condenser type (borosilicate or quartz).
