The Borosil All Quartz Series double distillation units are engineered for producing ultrapure distilled water through a two-stage process using high-purity fused quartz. Known for its exceptional chemical resistance and extremely low solubility, quartz ensures that the distillate remains free of metallic ions, pyrogens, and other contaminants, making it ideal for critical laboratory applications.

These vertical units come in three capacities—1.5, 2.5, and 5.0 LPH—and are designed for ease of use, high efficiency, and long-term durability. Each model features quartz construction for the heater, boiler, and condenser, delivering unmatched purity in the distillation process. The water output has a conductivity level of < 1 × 10⁻⁶ S/cm, meeting the most stringent analytical requirements.

To enhance safety and automation, an optional DAPS (Dry-run Automatic Protection System) is available for all models. This system protects the heater in low-water conditions by cutting off the power and can be reset easily with the push of a button. These units are simple to operate, compact in design, and effective for continuous usage in demanding lab environments.
