The Borosil MGS series industrial magnetic stirrers are engineered for high-volume stirring applications in demanding lab and industrial environments. Built with 304 stainless steel housing, these stirrers provide long-lasting durability, chemical resistance, and easy cleanability — ideal for biopharmaceutical, media preparation, and chemical processing workflows.
Each model features a microprocessor-based speed control system that guarantees consistent and uniform stirring even under varying viscosities. The membrane touch button interface offers a groove-free surface that is both user-friendly and hygienic, minimizing the risk of dirt accumulation and allowing easy disinfection in sensitive settings.
Designed for continuous or timed operation, the stirrers come with an on-board memory function that automatically recalls the last-used speed and duration settings. This ensures operational traceability, even after shutdown. Adjustable ramp rates, compatibility with external temperature probes for safety monitoring, and optional USB data logger and printer connectivity enhance overall performance and traceability.
Available in three variants, the MGS series supports up to 200 L of mixing volume and a weight load capacity of up to 200 kg, making them ideal for large-scale, high-precision mixing applications.
